    Duncan's entrepreneurial journey began in the music business, where he achieved significant success, earning three Billboard chart positions and garnering numerous accolades. As a consultant, he played a pivotal role in the relaunch of BSMG, a subsidiary of Universal Music, and eventually became CSO & Creative Director.

    Driven by his passion for helping others reach their potential, Duncan is an innovative problem solver and brand specialist. He has conceptualized and developed influential brands and strategic marketing programs, including the highly popular Hammy TV brand with billions of Facebook views and 6M Instagram followers.

    Beyond his accomplishments in business and branding, Duncan has a remarkable fundraising background, having raised millions of dollars for various organizations. Inspired by his resourcefulness and his desire to make a difference, he established GiveCredit's charitable payment processing business model, featuring the innovative No-Cost Donations™ program.     CIO & Co-Founder

    Meet Robert, the accomplished Chief Investment Officer (CIO) and Co-Founder of GiveCredit. With a background in business and accounting from Norwich University, Robert brings extensive expertise and strategic acumen to our team.

    Robert's entrepreneurial journey began in the biomedical industry, where he founded successful start-up companies such as Precision Medical Engineering and Neurotherm. Specializing in designing and manufacturing spinal pain management devices, his ventures gained notable recognition, including the sale of Neurotherm in 2006 and its subsequent acquisition by St. Jude's Medical for $200 million in 2014.

    With over 15 years of experience in payment technologies and merchant services, Robert is well-versed in the financial technology landscape. His business knowledge extends to venture capital and private lending, where he has built a diverse portfolio encompassing various sectors, from medical to real estate to golf space.

    As the CIO of GiveCredit, Robert leverages his expertise in strategic investments and driving growth to further our mission. His business acumen and visionary approach contribute to shaping our strategic direction, enabling us to make a meaningful impact in the world of philanthropic fintech.

    Meet Richard, the highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of GiveCredit. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Norwich University and being a Certified Public Accountant, Richard brings a wealth of expertise to our finance team.

    With over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, Richard possesses extensive knowledge in various sectors. He has specialized in Golf, Hospitality, and Recreation, showcasing his deep understanding of these industries. Richard's career includes significant roles such as Vice President of Bank of America's Golf Finance Group, Program Manager of Golf Lending Group at GE Capital, and Senior Vice President of Hospitality & Golf at Capmark.

    In addition to his role at GiveCredit, Richard also serves as the CFO of United Civil, a leading self-performing union general contractor and civil subcontractor (120+ Employees).

    Richard's passion for finance and his commitment to making a positive impact converge at GiveCredit. With a proven track record in cultivating and managing partnerships, Mary brings a wealth of experience and a visionary approach to the role. Mary has a dynamic blend of experience spanning over 25 years in B2B client development with major players like American Express, where she served as Director of National Accounts, and Truist Bank, where she held the position of Vice President of Private Wealth and Commercial Marketing. Her extensive background is complemented by her expertise in Not For Profit donor development, prospect research, and investment generation. In her role at GiveCredit, Mary's insights provide a strategic edge in aligning corporate efforts with meaningful philanthropy.

    Mary has orchestrated impactful strategies to attract B2B corporate donors. Her collaborative approach with the college's Business Insights team and external data resources led to the creation of a corporate prospect scorecard, which facilitated successful engagements with previously untapped corporate donors. This innovative strategy resulted in substantial contributions, including six and seven-figure gifts.

    With a passion for creating positive change, Mary envisions leveraging her extensive experience to enhance GiveCredit's mission to support non-profits. Mary's academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Stony Brook University. Additionally, she is certified as an Executive Coach, Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner, and Business Development Consultant through Thrive Partners.     Introducing Khadijah A. Robinson, a trailblazer with an exceptional career in law, entrepreneurship, and innovation within the legal and tech sectors. Khadijah holds a prestigious MSc from University College London and a J.D. from Harvard Law School. With a strong legal foundation, Khadijah practiced law in the heart of Washington, D.C., before venturing into the world of entrepreneurship.

    In 2020, she astounded the industry by winning the first-ever virtual Black Girl Ventures Pitch Competition, a mere three weeks after the public launch of her groundbreaking venture, The Nile List.Khadijah's extraordinary achievements have earned her recognition from prominent publications such as Forbes, CNBC, The Grio, and more. Her passion for fostering thriving communities led her to create platforms that empower Black entrepreneurs, culminating in her founding of The Nile List.

    Her influence expanded even further when Combs Enterprise and Empower Global acquired The Nile List in June 2021, in a monumental partnership led by renowned entrepreneur and visionary, Sean "Love" Combs (P. Diddy), of Combs Enterprises. Under her astute leadership, Khadijah served as CEO of Empower Global, spearheading the development of an innovative curated marketplace of Black-owned brands.
